Huge thanks for the help I received from your manager a month ago! Sorry, I forgot to ask that gentleman's name, but he said his technician, so I assume it's his store. My vehicle broke down due to a charging system malfunction while I was passing through your area. The gentleman tried everything to jump-start and troubleshoot the problem, but unfortunately, it still didn’t work. He immediately suggested Bogue Service Center, and with good reason. My experience there was just as good. They worked swiftly and correctly to repair it and had me back on the road the next morning. Thanks to the combined efforts of both of you, I was able to get back on the road without many delays, which not only saved me time and money but also allowed me to continue my journey as soon as possible. I should have written those words earlier, but somehow the Google Map shows your store is permanently closed. Thank you again for everything!
