We were shopping for our sons first car and we found it online. We called in the AM, spoke to Mustafa and he gave us some good advice (which we took). We agreed to make the one-hour drive and he was willing to hole the car for us. Once at the dealer, Matt was also involved and they were both great. Patient with us and once we made the decision to buy, everything went very smooth. Once we drove the 2015 Audi Q5 home, we did have some concern with the vehicle. Both, Matt and Mustafa were very accommodating and willing to help deal with the issue. Ultimately, it was a non-issue and everything turned out just like they told us, the vehicle is great. Definitely a great buy for our sons first car, we are all very happy! I definitely recommend Ford City Motors and we will visit them for our next purchase.
