I recently purchased my new car from Cenla 171, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The selection of cars was impressive, and I appreciated the no-pressure sales approach. My salesperson, Brandon barber, was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me make the right choice. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The financing options were straightforward, and I felt confident in the deal I received. Plus, the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident—they followed up after my purchase to ensure everything was going well with my new car. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Cenla 171. They truly go above and beyond to provide a fantastic car-buying experience!

I have personally bought a few used vehicles from this place. I have not had a bad experience yet. I have purchased both company and personal vehicles.

My experience with Cenla 171 Auto Sales was as follows. I purchased a 2002 Chevy Suburban for $6995 in pretty good mechanical order with good cold AC and good rubber. Interior was a bit rough but it is an 02. (fixed a door handle and a turn signal socket that was bad) Other than that no real issues. I picked up my title about a week later. Pros: They get the title notarized for you without need of you being present because of a working relationship. When it comes to the Louisiana youse tx...They do understand the assignment...and that is a plus. If you have money in the bank they get out the door with a temp tag and they take a personal check. Cons: They seem to close just before 5pm each day so that makes it tough for people that work a lot. They don't offer financing in house so have your financing in order before you shop. (was probably a blessing because I just got a good rate with lending tree) The vehicle was not worth what I paid for it but everything is overpriced these days. I think they open 10-5 weekdays and do show up on Saturdays but I can't seem to figure out their hours. Everything was in the 6k - 9k price range that I looked at.
