I bought a subaru from this dealership, a 2008 with about 63k miles. They were absolutely great to deal/work with, and provided all paperwork to verify car was all original. Were very helpful in financing, and even delivered the vehicle to my home. Best car buying experience I have had yet. Many of their vehicles are low mileage, very clean, and it's nice to see that they take pride in finding nice vehicles to sell. I would recommend them to anyone in the valley.
It took me a while to get to writing a review, mostly because I wanted to be sure that I felt overall that I got a good deal for the auto I purchased. I am happy to say that I did! My husband and I went to High Road Auto in December 2023 needing a new car. We were specifically in the market for a Toyota, and our initial google search yielded High Road Auto as a place to start. And to be honest, one of the major factors that sent us to High Road was actually a negative review that I read. The reviewer was pretty harsh in their review, but I was really impressed with how professionally the owner responded to the reviewer and thought that he was a person I could work with. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised that they had several Toyotas (Corolla and similar) in stock. We were initially looking at one from 2014, but the helpful sales person turned our attention toward a rare gem. It was a 2010 Corolla with under 30K miles (29.5 I believe). At first we were a little hesitant, after all a car that was that old and had been driven that little will probably ultimately have problems due to not being driven (we've had experience with this). However, after driving it and having a mechanic friend take a peek at it we determined that we were willing to take the gamble. I loved the no-nonsense sales approach that was employed at High Road. We were cash buyers, and after discussing what High Road was initially asking and making our first counter offer, the owner of the establishment came out to meet us. He discussed with us our offer, and why that would not work for him. He took the time to show us various examples of how his inventory is acquired, and what process he goes through with examples of his wholesale prices (the whole auction process) and how he prices his autos. We were able to quickly come to a price agreement that was a compromise (both sides gave), and in the end the owner even cut his price a little more to cover the DMV costs of titling and registration. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I have been driving my car now for over a month, and have even taken it in to have a more thorough evaluation done on it (shout out to Kelly's Automotive in Medford for their awesome job, best $89 I have spent for peace of mind), and it appears we really did get a rare gem. This car is immaculate, clearly well cared for, and a pleasure to drive. I had a great experience and feel that I got great value for my money.
Just bought a Toyota Camry at High Auto last week! After losing my previous Toyota from being hit I was in search of another preowned Camry with low miles and in good condition. Not an easy task as they get scooped up quickly! My situation was unique as my insurance reimbursement was delayed and I was pretty downcast about the accident totaling my car. Both Nate (owner) and Dave, my salesman, listened to my story and offered different options for getting my next Camry. They were both very professional and KIND as they worked with me through insurance issues.
