2015 Ford Explorer Limited

We purchased our oldest a new car. The process was fairly quick and painless. Gage Silva was our salesmen and did a phenomenal job. I told him what I was looking for and within 15 minutes I had multiple options texted to me. Every step of the way he communicated well and we made the purchase happen with all of our current wants and needs met. We would recommend seeing them to purchase a car through Gage!

I had attempted to get in contact with the service department 2 times over 2 weeks to have my newly purchased vehicle looked over. My family has a big out of state trip coming up soon and I wanted to get it checked out before we leave. Once Tyler and his team heard about my situation they immediately stepped to the plate to ensure I would get on the road safely. I have an appointment tomorrow and they even offered to clean the car. I couldn't be happier with the handling of the situation. The whole team deserves a raise when they provide service like that. 10/10 going back Thanks you guys. Huge weight off of my shoulders. ????
