We had such an awesome experience at Covington Ford from the moment we walked in the door to driving off the lot with our Expedition. Chad was our salesman and he made the process so easy! We spent several hours with him going over different options and test driving different vehicles. We felt like we were being a nuisance because we knew we weren't purchasing that day. We told him we were "window shopping" and he still treated us as if we were there to buy that day. We really didn't feel any pressure and that made it so much easier to take our time and figure out what path that would be best for our family! We did leave empty handed so we could consider all our options. But, we returned at the end of the week to make a deal.
