I live three hours away from McKinney Buick GMC, so I thought that would make things harder in the car buying process, but it went so smoothly! Donna was the BEST salesperson I've ever had. She was detail oriented, great at explaining everything along the way and extremely knowledgeable. Malcom was my finance guy and though he was a little pushy, he explained everything in a way that ultimately made me decide to get an extended warranty. The finance part took a little longer than I expected...but it was probably due to me being an out of state buyer.i will definitely consider purchasing from this dealership in the future.

Our GMC had transmission issues, our service technician Raul was upfront with the cost of the repair, how long the repair would take, and when we could expect to get a loaner car. The car porter who brought our car to us after the repair thought there may still be an issue with the vehicle and rather than just handing me the keys and not making it his problem he told me he was concerned and spoke with my service technician. I appreciated his honesty and commitment to customer service.
