Now that's as fast a customer service as you can get right there!!! The car was shipped from Chicago to Houston and it even arrived a day ahead of schedule. That's fast! In my world, customer service is paramount and we all want to do business with people who care about their customers and the guys at Chicago Motors keep that bar very high. After years of perusing the CMI inventory, the time had come for me to buy a new vehicle and I had no hesitation as to where to look. If you want the BEST Interceptor, shop with Ted and Abdul at Chicago Motors. They're the kings of customer service and their cars are immaculate. As you know, the photography of their inventory is high-quality. That said, I was still surprised by the superb condition of this car when it arrived. The great pictures didn't even do it justice. The car is impeccable. So, if you're in the market for a retired police car, don't hesitate to contact Chicago Motors for the car-purchasing experience of a lifetime. They don't disappoint!!! Chicago Motors was great ! Ted and his team worked to find me the right vehicle. I was looking for a Dodge Charger V8 AWD with low idle hours and under 90k miles. They found my perfect ride and we began the purchase process. It couldn’t have gone smoother. I was worried about buying a car sight unseen but I’m glad I did. Such a clean car and in very nice condition. Delivery was very timely, I purchased the car and 2 days later it was in my driveway. When I took delivery of the car the inside was fully detailed and clean. Thank you Ted and crew !

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. My husband and I just purchased a Dodge Durango from Chicago Motors Inc and we can not recommend them highly enough. From the moment we walked in, both Ted and Abdul took amazing care of us. They were extremely friendly, knowledgable and patient with us. They did not push us in any way, shape or form for anything and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. When we were there we saw 3 other transactions going on and they were the same way with everyone...simply the best people to work with. My husband loves his new car and I couldn't be happier and can not recommend them highly enough.
