Patrick was great. Things started out rocky with another associate and Patrick came into a difficult situation. He turned it around 100%. He is friendly, personable, and if there were questions he didn’t know he found them out. It was overall a great experience. Patrick and Bruce made this experience great and I don’t think I’ve ever said that about vehicle shopping.

My experience purchasing a truck with McFarland was unexpectedly pleasant. We all know it can be stressful and I personally always feel like I’m getting played. That was not the case. I met with sales associate Steve Pica. Steve made my wife and I feel at ease right away. He didn’t put on a show or play let’s make a deal. He quickly found what I was looking for and made the process quick and easy. All the other members of the sales team we had contact with were awesome. Everyone made us feel at home and made the entire purchase feel seamless and stress free. Double thumbs up for Steve. Hope he’s still there for my next truck.
