Charlie Simmons sold me my 2017 Buick Envision Essence and was so awesome and personable. He really knows how to talk to the customer and make them feel welcome! He answered all my millions of questions and taught me so much about my new car! I highly reccomend people come here and talk to Charlie! We went other places and the tone/vibes we got from the other sales people just were not right. Very predatory and manipulative. It was not like that at all at Don Larson with Charlie. Everyone there was super nice and understanding. Very CARING atmosphere! Also shout out to Joseph Koziel who finalized my purchase and went through all the paperwork with me. He was funny and did a great job explaining things! Thanks guys! You made a big stressful first time experience smooth as could be!
Had a minor technical problem yesterday with a frozen screen in our 2022 Ford Explorer. Found Don Larson Ford in Baraboo, WI. Corey came out to the car and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes and no charge! If we lived around there we would definitely do business there. Thanks again, Corey
