2017 Ford Explorer Utility Police Interceptor 4x4

After seeing a bunch of bad reviews I still decided to go after a truck I liked at alfa cars. I know vehicles quite well so the reviews didn't scare me. After I purchased the truck there were some issues that were not addressed, but once I mentioned my concerns to karl he had no issue taking care of them for me. Karl is an honest, easy going sales person. I am glad I trusted my gut and gave them a shot. I think the shop could use a little better instruction/mechanics. They either missed some things or never checked but you can trust Karl will handle the situation professionally Thank you man!

After looking for a lengthy period for a pick up, I recently bought a truck from these folks. Both Dave and Al were great to work with, smooth and easy negotiation and the price was very fair. They agreed to complete some necessary body work included in my price and it was ready when they said it would be. When a problem arose after the sale, they worked with me to correct, couldn't be happier. I would go back anytime, they have really nice inventory!
