We had a great experience today making our purchase with Flo! He did a great job walking through all the options, securing a good deal, and making everything comfortable and smooth! I feel really confident in my choice and happy with my new car! Also shout-out to the woman who was working the check in desk when we left - she had absolutely the best energy and made us smile so big!

I Just purchased my Red 2024 Honda Civic EX Sedan. I must say Ray was great at helping me find the payments I was looking for. He made my experience an amazing one along with his Manager Anthony and Finance Dept. (Cannot remember his name) Everything went smooth and Ray kept following up with me (never pushy), answered all my 1000 questions until I was able to come to the dealership. It took me weeks to finally make my decision (I couldn't decide which one I wanted) I had a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAY (SALES) Thank you so much Ray !!!!!!

A little late, but I still wanted to share my experience at Eskridge with their service dept. I had the pleasure of working with Alex who was extremely helpful & diligent throughout the entire time I corresponded with Honda. When my AC first went out it was under recall so the maintenance was comped. However, a year later, it went out again. I took it to Bob Howard Honda & had an awful experience. They tried to charge me & claim that the recall did not apply to my AC this time so I would have to pay out of pocket. Fortunately, I decided to wait until I could get a second opinion & I’m so glad I did! Alex not only assured me that my car would be ready in time for me to have it for work the following day, but he also was very communicative & showed great understanding of my situation. It’s so nice to actually be able to take my car somewhere & not feel ‘taken advantage of’. I would definitely take my car back in the future or recommend others to bring their vehicles as well!!
