Awesome service department, had a little confusion on my particular situation and need for service in the beginning, but once we all got on the same page everything went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Service advisor Bill is 5 star and extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional. I wish he’d work at all the car dealerships I have to visit for service. Oh, and Chris who was driver of my courtesy shuttle home was a great driver and very friendly. Props to everyone one who was involved in getting the Acura on point and ready for trip back west this weekend!
