The greatest truck buying experience I have ever had. mr. ed dainels called me right after I sent an email about availability of the truck. The next day sent pictures of my trade in. Thursday purchase the truck. Arrived at 9:00 am and was leaving at 10:00 am. A one hour truck purchase is unbelievable. Staff super nice, Just a really good atmosphere and would recommend to everyone!!!
Went on a search for a Colorado WT. Searched for 3 months couldn't fund anyone that would give me what I wanted for my trade. Found Mr. Ed and another dealer on the same day for a good price and Mr. Ed said he could beat any price and he did. Stayed in contact over the whole weekend and he also had to trade something out of his inventory to get the truck I wanted. Great customer service. Will definitely be doing business with him again. Drove from Augusta to Swainsboro. Nobody beat his price.
From Savannah, shopped around for a while for a specific Tahoe. When I found it elsewhere people were difficult to work with, until I talked to Ed. He worked with me and came in on a Sunday in order for me to pick it up. Great service and great people.
