A little late to the review, but I purchased my 2021 Dodge Challenger through Infiniti of Orland and they were amazing. From the moment I originally talked to JP and then worked with Steven, it was nothing but great customer service and had answer all of my questions with no hesitation or problem. The manager and financial manager did an excellent job and I would recommend getting a car from them. From one salesman to another, they did a phenomenal job. Ask for JP or Steven when you want a new car.
I recently purchased my vehicle from Infinty of Orland Park. Alyssa was one of the best sales associate I have ever worked with at a dealer. She was extremely nice and helpful. She really took the time to work with me and found me a car that was exactly what I wanted. Alyssa really took the time to help which was much appreciated. The manager and finance department were also wonderful. This is was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. If you go to Infinity of Orland Park ask for Alyssa. She will do a great job in answering your questions and helping you with anything. Overall, great experience!
