Troy is absolutely THE BEST car salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. He was beyond patient with our 4 year old, willing to let us see any truck while we were trying to figure what we needed, and continued to have a good sense of humor throughout our process. Sales manager Mike and BJ in finance were extremely helpful and everyone there are men of their word. A couple of things were verbal and with a handshake and they held to it without compromise. No one was pushy and explained everything to a point that anyone can understand it. I would recommend Troy and Richmond Ford to everyone.
Gilman was amazing getting me into the car of my dreams went above and beyond driving to King William with me to pick up my wife to see the new Bronco! and then BJ Brooks helped us get financing and Joey Foust got our new Bronco all fitted up with accessories all and all an amazing experience with a great team of people who care about their costumers and community!
