I can't recommend McKenna Motors enough. First, the car buying process was low pressure and smooth. Bob and the owner gave us a fair price and were professional through the entire experience. I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback and the first few weeks were great with the car. Then I noticed a slight shudder when driving, especially at low speeds. We called Bob and he said to bring the car back to the dealership and they would see what was going on. Long story short, Bob and the owner went above and beyond to figure out what was going on, and when they exhausted all paths on their end, they even took the car back to Subaru at their own cost and initiative. They easily could have told me I was out of luck and to deal with the issue on my own (I bought the car as-is) but they went the extra mile to make sure the issue was resolved and the car was safe for me. Throughout the process Bob was very communicative with me about the progress and was honest and transparent at every step. If you are considering buying a car absolutely stop in at McKenna Motors.

I bought a used 2010 Subaru Outback from these guys, and after owning it for 3 months now I can confidently tell you that McKenna Motors sold me a fantastic used car at a great price. They are also extremely nice people, and definitely care about their customers. Nothing shady going on at this place, unlike some of the other dealers I visited. I would buy from McKenna Motors again in a heartbeat. UPDATE: Bought at 72K miles, still going strong at 210K miles after 8 years or driving.
