2017 Ford Explorer Base 4WD

Overall very satisfied with my experience at Enzo's. Purchased a car and unfortunately found a leak after only a couple days after purchase. Turns out the transmission needs replaced. Spoke to Kyle and he communicated very well, helped get the car at a shop, initiated the provided warranty and made right of an unfortunate situation. They stand behind their customer service and given the issue they worked to correct the problem in a way that satisfied the consumer. Thank you Kyle @ Enzo's Auto sales.

Most straight forward vehicle buying experience that Ive had. The looks might be a bit deceiving, given how their lot situation is, but the these salesman have their process down to a "t". The salesman that I delt with was friendly and wasnt like every other dealership where the salesman are pressing you for a sale. If youre looking for wheels because thats all you can get at a reasonable price, these guys are it.

Thanos did an amazing job in showing the vehicle and being transparent about both the cosmetic damages and condition of the vehicle. Purchase process was very smooth, and felt no pressure making a decision. Definitely recommend!
