2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I bought a 2013 Nissan Versa from here, and I am extremely grateful I chose here. Not only were they extremely pleasant and good to work with, I walked out with a great car. Drove it all the way home to Oswego from Liverpool and not a hiccup the entire way. Also drove it around town for about and hour and a half and still no sign of any trouble. They have very fair prices and I would honestly recommend to anyone looking for a quality, affordable car, beginner and veteran drivers alike. Again, couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, I hope that the business keeps growing.

We had a great experience with Platinum Auto Sales! First off, they have good rated cars for really good prices. Secondly, the truck we bought is the best used car we have ever owned....carefully maintained and gone completely through at PAS before selling. Being able to talk directly with the owner AND the one who goes through all the cars personally to make sure they are a good standard brought much more peace of mind. We have always bought used cars but unfortunately, previous to Platinum Auto Sales, we had bought some really bum cars and felt "taken". PAS took time with me, assured me of numerous things I had questions on. When my insurance company gave me trouble changing plates, they calmly assured me they could help--and they did. Though the whole ordeal with us and our insurance company took hours, they didn't seem annoyed. Just there to help. I got the sense that they wanted to prove their integrity in the business more than they just wanted a sale. It was very obvious when, after so many hours with me and I had last minute concerns (more related to ptsd from previous, nonPAS used car buying), the Owner was willing to talk me through everything, explaining with knowledge everything I was questioning, took me on one last test drive and assured me I didn't have to go through the purchase if I didn't feel comfortable, because that was of great importance to them. We have 3 kids coming up the pipeline needing cars. I've already recommended PAS to my son who has seen some of the cars for sale. And I feel confident that he would get a really good car within his budget there. It's worth the drive from Rochester, people!!

Made my car buying experience a great one. Got my wife and daughter a Honda Crosstour. I went in on my break at work test drove it and they got me approved on the spot. Payments and length are perfect and my wife and daughter loves the car. I’ll be back soon to get myself another car. They make you feel like family & don’t make you feel like they’re trying to get over you. Always love for them.
