My husband and I were in the market for a bigger vehicle with having 3 kids. Looking in 2023 nothing was really catching our eye so we stopped looking. Well around Christmas time I was seeing ads for the Grand Highlander and got really excited because I love Toyota and already have a RAV4. So after Christmas we decided to go and look at one to see if it would fit our needs. We were super impressed with the size and all the features. Matt Werner a salesman for Safford Brown Toyota in GB worked with us from start to finish. We wanted the Hybrid and with the current shortages we had to wait. But Matt was so helpful and patient with us. He would contact us every week keeping us informed on the allocations that we're coming in and was never pushy to get us to consider another color or different features (like other dealerships tried to). Also this dealership didn't mark up their prices and try and tag on $5k worth of packages that are considered optional like other dealerships were doing. It was ridiculous what these other dealerships were doing, taking advantage of people. Overall we had an amazing experience with Safford, Matt and the financial dept. We definitely recommend and will be coming back! Thank you for such a great experience! We absolutely love the SUV and so do the kids.

After recently visiting Stafford Brown Toyota in Glen Burnie, my wife and I are more than satisfied with our experience during our vehicle purchase. We’ve been in the market for a new vehicle since August of 2023 and was looking for the new Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid once we heard the announcement from Toyota. We worked with Mr Steve Yang who was very professional and such great pleasure to work with. Steve kept us updated on any available options as the dealerships across the US continue to work through supply chain issues on hybrid vehicles. Steve was completely transparent and there were no surprise mark-ups on our purchase (some other dealerships had a $5-10K mark-up for the same vehicle) which was another plus. Also, the timing for the delivery on our vehicle came at a great time as we were celebrating her birthday along our 17 year anniversary. We also wanted to express our appreciation for Sean the financial manager who helped us close the deal on this amazing vehicle. Being a first time owner of a hybrid vehicle, Sean helped provide us some peace of mind at a reasonable cost which will allow us to enjoy our new vehicle for years to come. Lastly, here’s a quick review on our vehicle. We love the color storm cloud and It handles well on the road and is such a comfortable ride. Plenty of space with a full third row seating, panoramic moon roof and plenty of other bells and whistles to enjoy. The MPGs for a vehicle this size is one of the best in its class and we often get several compliments from friends and others.

I worked with Mr. Steve Yang to purchase my new Rav4 today. Mr. Yang has been someone my family has been purchasing cars from throughout the years. I believe we’ve purchased at least 6 Toyota vehicles through him and my parents and I have nothing but positive things to say. He is proactive in ensuring our needs are met, is extremely transparent and efficient, and walks us through the entire process, making it as smooth as possible. Purchasing the vehicle today was quick and easy without issue thanks to Mr. Yang. He helped to resolve any problems that arose and maintained a calm and level-headed demeanor throughout. He is a very genuine person who works hard for his clients and puts their best interest first. I can’t recommend Mr. Yang enough and as long as he remains a salesman, I will continue to purchase future Toyota vehicles through him. I am extremely pleased with my short, but exceptional time today purchasing a vehicle.
