Update: she's had her first oil change and I'm so happy with the service department ! Destiny, the advisor, was very kind and friendly. I got stuck in construction on the way making me a half hour late, and they still did my service. Fantastic experience !!!
The staff was very friendly and they did not make you feel rushed or preasured to make your decisions. They definitely make you feel welcome. I really like my new Ford Escape. Very nice vehicle.
I had been looking for several months for a specific Ford Edge. Found what I was looking for and not only the vehicle but Evan O’Dell got me the best deal on a Ford Certified which was better than expected. And better than their competitor by far. Highly recommend. Customer service was outstanding. He even stayed after he got off on a Friday evening to close the deal.
