What a world class experience buying from Audi Owings Mills. From the moment I walked in the door, this dealership was welcoming. Andy was the sales guy that I met. He was solid and knowledgeable. He quickly gave me a ballpark price. Andy was a busy guy - I think he sold 3 cars the day we were there. So, with Andy having multiple customers needing his attention I was passed to Josh - who is the General Manager. Josh was also great to deal with. And fast. Josh knew what we wanted and presented several options. He sent one of the team members down to Rockville to bring the car we actually wanted - but without any commitment we would buy it. He just went way above and beyond. What I liked most about the experience - they were all such great humans. Honest, transparent, and folks you can actually trust. We went to other dealerships and all of them didn’t come close to ticking all the boxes that Owings Mills did. Thanks Josh and Andy - you guys make car buying easy and stress free!
