2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I had an absolute wonderful experience at Grand Slam Auto Sales. I came to them on the heels of a terrible experience with a “make” branded dealership in Jacksonville. They were not able to secure the title, I drove on dealer plates way after the window allowed, and even had to pay a fine because they dragged their feet telling me it would be best to turn in my plate on my trade in instead of transferring it. The communication was less than stellar and I made multiple trips to the dealership on their issues. I purchased a vehicle from Grand Slam and the experience from beginning to end was professional and caring. I had 2 minor issues with the vehicle and they handled it even though it was sold “as is”. I can’t say enough good about this dealership and would recommend them with no hesitation. Thanks for all your help Grand Slam!

Shannon was great and was very helpful to get me into something with in my budget. I was at ease and did not feel pressure of any kind to pick a specific vehicle. She kept telling me she wanted me in something that I was going to like! Very good atmosphere down at Grand Slam, and would highly recommend it to anyone purchasing a vehicle.
