2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Bought a Honda Crosstour with very great mileage. When I saw it posted online it looked too good. They let me test drive it and it had a few problems that they were very upfront about and fixed immediately before I purchased, (A/C recharge and breaks). They didn't pressure me at all and answered all of my questions. They are actually a bit too relaxed, but I didn't need over the top customer service just a good car. They let my mechanic take a look with no hesitation. I have had my vehicle for a year now, it's still perfect. I had an incident with my bumper and they recommended a great shop. I am satisfied and extremely happy that I purchased a vehicle through them.

Everyone here was super awesome and accommodating plus just generally down to earth/friendly. I had a unique situation because I’m from IL so even though it took a couple weeks to find another bank to finance me and finish all the paperwork while dealing with all the days off from the holidays they held the truck with a small down payment. They’ve gone above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealer and I’m definitely a satisfied customer.

I've been searching for best price vehicles online and saw this dealership had the make/model I was looking for at a very fair price. I called and worked with Juan who was AMAZING to deal with throughout the entire process. So much so that we live in MN and flew to Milwaukee to buy the vehicle sight unseen based on the trust and repour he and I built. Needless to say, the vehicle was as advertised a good experience all around.
