The emergency brake that’s contained in my rear hub on my Toyota FJ decided to fall apart which was very inconvenient because we aren’t from Coos Bay. We travel full time from Canada which makes breakdowns especially challenging. Of course this happened at 5pm when the shop was closing, and with a truck full of groceries and our 3 dogs. Thankfully for us, they were still there and very kindly took care of us. They took the FJ, got us a shuttle back (including groceries and dogs) to our travel trailer 14 miles away. They fixed the FJ the next morning and sent a shuttle back out to us to pick me up. We REALLY appreciate them moving their shop appointments around to fit us in. They were sooooo busy but Henry saved the day. I’d also like to thank the lady who got us the shuttle service and both drivers, everyone was amazing. So kind, accommodating, professional and fast. Thank you from 2 VERY grateful Canadians :)
