2013 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

Steubenville Pike Auto is my very first go-to place when I need anything done to my car. Danielle & Olivia at the front are some of the most personable people I've ever met and they make it feel like you are visiting your home-town garage. I don't have to come in here very often, but they know my name and speak to me as we are old friends. They are always thorough and honest with what needs done to the car. I called in because my car was shaking when accelerating and braking. Originally they weren't going to be able to get me in until later this week but Danielle didn't want me driving around with that for safety reasons so she moved some stuff around and prioritized me for an appointment the very next day. A car shop actually caring about my safety??? Amazing!! When it came back that I needed the axel replaced due to the CV boot being torn, they gave me a reasonable price and ordered the part right away. I'll be back tomorrow after the work is done. Truly will continue taking my cars here. First my Mazda years ago and now my Jeep. I find its hard (especially as a younger female) to be taken seriously or treated with respect at dealerships / mechanics and Steubenville Pike Auto always makes me feel comfortable, heard, and respected. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would.

I love this place. Being a woman, sometimes I feel like I’m being deceived at auto shops, however, this is not the case at this shop. They are transparent and honest about what your vehicle needs. Danielle provides great customer service, is always pleasant and willing to educate you on what your car may or may not need if you have questions. She is very knowledgeable and respectful. She makes me feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here and is always genuine and transparent about my vehicle’s needs. They are always willing to try to accommodate your needs even if it’s at the last minute. The customer service and services provided for vehicles is excellent. The shop provides you with estimates and service recommendations but also doesn’t force you to get a recommended service done. They leave the ball in your court which I appreciate. The mechanics/service providers are friendly and professional, the shop is clean and has a decent waiting area. Service is generally fast and top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest affordable shop.

They took excellent care of me yet again. I started using them a long time ago, but moved out of state. They were always extremely fair and honest, especially on inspections, and while visiting family they took care of me yet again, talking me out of replacing my 5 year old battery that tested very well and quickly diagnosing and fixing a grinding noise on my brakes. 4.4 doesn't do this place justice so I had to leave 5 stars.
