I started my search for a Challenger in March 2024. After having very bad experiences at dealers in five different states, I found a slightly used Challenger with my dream spec for sale at South Pointe, CDJR. I got to work with Dejon on the sales side and she was incredible. I live in WA, literally 2000 miles away and if you've tried to buy a car in another state you know how painful it can be. Instead of the usual nonsense, Dejon treated me like I was right there at the dealership. Most sales teams just blow off remote buyers. But her and her GM, Seid, were incredible as we went back and forth on the deal. Even when I asked to get a third party inspection done by Lemon Squad, they were unphased. No drama. No nonsense. They treated the 3rd pary technician with respect and courtesy too. Dejon even made sure the car got an interior detail before it was put on the truck to get shipped to me. Things got a little tougher on the finance side because my first finance guy stopped communicating about the registration when we ran into some snags. Fortunately, Sean in finance stepped up and got my registration issues sorted out. Sean's communications skills are excellent and as far as I know he didn't get paid on the deal even though he spent 6 weeks regularly communicating with me during the big dealer hack in June 2024 and issues with WA DOL in July 2024. Dejon and Sean are absolute rockstars. The paperwork aspect went fine overall (never fun anywhere tbh). And the condition of the car exceeded my expectations on delivery. I'd strongly recommend working with South Pointe CDJR. They were the only remote dealership in the USA that didn't jerk me around. They just did honest business and sold me a great car at a reasonable price.

Devin made buying a car so quick and easy!! We are over 2 hrs away, and I told him on the phone to please get everything ready so we are in and out as quickly as possible. We spent maybe 45 mins there that's with the test drive included!???? We've never had that experience with a vehicle purchase. He's a keeper, South Pointe Chevrolet, especially when it's hard to find great customer service. We will definitely check out your inventory on our next purchase before we go anywhere else.
