2015 Ford Explorer

I have had a few vehicles and I continue to return to Moberly Motors! I recently had a collision with a deer and my vehicle was totaled out. With two kids and three jobs it was a huge stress that was making me sick. I went in and spoke to Buddy there. We worked on a few vehicles and I even went back the following day. I did not feel pressured and I wanted to make sure to find something within our price range that was fit for our growing family and needs. Buddy spent hours working with me and helping me! I am very pleased and would highly recommend him and Moberly Motors! Buddy not only is an individual who takes pride in his position but pride in his community. I chose to work and will continue to do so because of the amount of effort and willingness he puts into his customers, community and family! I am very appreciative of the staff at Moberly Motors. I spoke to several and they all helped pitch in with my situation between the rental service from Susan, the auto body/ service shop always trying to to fit us in and working with our insurance and the help that Buddy’s co-workers gave him to help put us in a vehicle! They are always a phone call away and willing to answer any questions I may have!

I would absolutely without a shadow of a doubt recommend Moberly Motors to anyone in need of a vehicle. Going into this adventure with my husband was definitely nerve-wracking. There's so many terms, and things to prepare for before buying your first vehicle, and not everyone knows just how overwhelming it can be in that process. I want to just give a shout out to a few people here, who made this otherwise stressful process go so smoothly although absolutely EVERYONE on the moberly motors team was kind, courteous, patient, understanding, and so very helpful. First off a shout out to Cody Johnson our salesperson. Freaking phenomenal person that I am so beyond grateful to have had aiding us in this process. We went looking in the lot for a vehicle the evening before, and he saw us eyeballing some Ford Broncos. Beautiful vehicles, very expensive, absolutely no way to afford one... oh but there was a way, and he and his team made it happen for us. To give us a dream we didn't even know we had. This company will give you prices that are fair, will really work with you, and get down to the core of what a car company should be there for; to help people in their endeavor to succeed. Buddy Smith is absolutely incredible as well. He greets you with a warm smile and is always willing to answer questions you don't even think to ask. He is charismatic, and brings a sense of comfort and ease to the whole process that allows you to just trust in him. And if you get the pleasure of talking with Travis Dometrorch, he will make you laugh, make you shake your head a little, and will ultimately explain the financial process to you in a way you can truly understand. He will try to help you get the best rates for your vehicle, and make sure you understand what you are signing up for. Seriously, go to moberly motors if you all have any vehicular needs. You will NOT be disappointed! A huge thank you to everyone that helped my husband and I solidfy our little dream we didn't even know we could have achieved! So glad to be a part of the family??

GREAT and affordable service. They have a very efficient team who makes what they are doing with my car clear and easy to understand. The oil change was half the price I was paying at other places. They also gave me a discount when I needed further work and offered to pick my car up from me so I didn’t have to figure out how to drop it off.
