2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

We recently moved from Virginia to Florida. I needed a second car, so I was searching Craigslist and came across a nice looking Toyota Rav4 from We Buy Nice Cars. This car was super clean in the pictures with low miles, for 7 years old . I called the number and spoke with Brooks. He informed me they work on appointments only and we set a time to meet. The car was meticulously clean and nicer in person than in the pictures. This was our first purchase of a vehicle in Florida and going into this I knew I was buying a used car from a used car dealer. So, I had that skepticism and apprehension in the back of my mind, waiting for the gimmick or games used car dealers play to come to the surface. Brooks, on the other hand, really surprised me. He was genuine. I felt comfortable with him and didn't feel like I was getting the used car salesman run-around. He was very clear not only with blemishes in the car that he was aware of, but about the fees and cost of everything upfront. No hidden agenda. I knew I wasn't going to buy it immediately and that I wanted to sleep on it overnight. So, when I went to leave I was expecting the used car salesman tactic, "Well, you should give us a down payment now, because I have someone else looking at it also." Brooks didn't do that (earning my trust a little bit more). Returning the next day with a check, He was knowledgeable and super helpful in completing the purchase transaction. He was able to explain what I needed to do with getting plates and a Florida Drivers license. I enjoyed that I could make an appointment with him to see the car at my convenience (after work). His location was conveniently located, but a little akward to find. I had to do a couple U-turns to find the right building. I was expecting and looking for a car lot with cars outside (which isn't the case and is why I couldn't find it at first). His building sits back off the road a bit, with the cars stored inside and out of the rain (which was really nice during the afternoon Florida downpour). Overall, I rate these guys a five star operation and recommend them if you are in need of a vehicle. I was very pleased and will be a repeat customer, if the need arises.

We were there Friday after I got off work in New Port Richey to look at a truck for my son with Brooks. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I tried explaining to my son how terrible buying a car is and Brooks proved me wrong! Lol It was the easiest, most enjoyable time. From making the appointment, to arriving, we even had to change up our time a little and they were totally accommodating too. Brooks was very knowledgeable and friendly when we took our test drive and giving us all the information about the truck. And the truck was so CLEAN!! As good as the pictures, if not better! When it came time to talk price, there was no stress, no pressure. Gave us time to talk it over in private. And the sale was final, just like that. He took care of all the paperwork and we were still home in time to cook dinner. I will most definitely be back. If they don’t have the car I’m looking for when it’s time to buy again, I’ll wait till they get something I like. They gained a customer for life in me and in my son! That’s how’s much I enjoyed this experience and I will tell everyone! Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
