2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Good people doing good work for a good price. When my car died across town, Ken and Brandon stopped what they were doing and went out of their way to help me get my car to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and what I appreciated most was how they went above and beyond to help a stranded traveler!

I’ve been coming to Ken’s for decades. Always professional, and willing to go the extra mile. The guys are great, and very accommodating. I’ve had zero issues with any work they’ve done. Prices are beyond fair, and a lot cheaper than nearby cities.

Really nice family run auto shop. Very expensive too. Put my wire plugs on wrong, but fixed my distributor problem. It is a very difficult spot to get into so I understand why labor costs were excessive, but the cost of parts were three times more then market value. I was in a hard spot so they did help me get back on the road. Thank you for that. I just wish everything would have been put back together right. 4 out of 5. 5 out of 5 for how good of people they are.
