We had an excellent experience with Alicia and the general sales manager, Garland! They genuinely listened to our needs and recommended a vehicle that was perfect for us. The entire process was seamless, and we never felt pressured or that our time was being wasted. Extremely satisfied customer here! I brought my car for a recall, when checking in I was asked if there was anything wrong with the car. I mentioned a light that wouldn’t go away for years, I just got used to driving around with it on and keep checking if car is ok monthly. Well, James noted that and told me the cost of the inspection, as well as provided their next available appointment, if I didn’t want to wait longer the day I brought it in as a walk-in. Needless to say, the recall has been certified and done; James took care of the issue I was having for years, and also returned a very clean car.
