I contacted Uptown on Wednesday 2/8 to inquire about a recall notice for my 2012 Ford Fusion. Curt answered the phone and set me up with an appointment for today 2/8. When I arrived he was extremely friendly and took care of me. Told me the car would be done in 1.5 hours. I gave him my phone number and was contacted with in 40 minutes.
