After visiting several other auto sales places, Discover was the only place that was up front about pricing, had no hidden charges & over all was a great experience. We love our new auto. The staff went above & beyond. The headlight was out just before we were going to drive off & they replaced the bulb. Most dealerships would not give it another thought & send you on your way. We will be long time customers.

I bought a Kia Sportage from them, nice ride so far. Mike is a good person to deal with, doesn't try to b.s. you. Brand new tires, sway bar and front end parts. His boss asked if I was a new customer and told him to cut the price another $200. There was one big problem and I didn’t like the way it was (not) handled. I discovered that water was all over the passenger seat floor after running the air conditioning. A friend said the drain pipe was clogged, so brought it back to have inspected plus check engine light came on before passing emissions. Soon after the light came on the car stalled on turns. Same friend suggested throttle sensor was bad. Engine scan confirmed throttle sensor and O2 sensor failure. Fixed no charge. Water on floor issue never resolved by them, despite them tearing dashboard apart to check blower motor, etc. I met a mechanic who was a friend of the guy who diagnosed the throttle sensor, who happens to work at Palmen Kia in Kenosha. He found the problem in 5 minutes, the drain hose was folded and stuffed back into the hole. I said so it was sabotaged, which he shrugged to. I know it didn’t happen by itself. After it drained for 15 minutes there was so much water it made a river. So much water was backed up that the blower motor was shorted. Just replaced it today and old one was caked with mildew and mold. Also found out one of the O2 sensors they replaced is bad 6 months after install.
