2013 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I really enjoyed working with salesman John Hatzis and Chapman Ford on my new F150 purchase. I saw the vehicle I wanted online and reached out. I made an appointment for around 3 on Saturday when they close at 5. John let us take the vehicle for a test drive. We decided to buy and they stayed late to complete the deal. John explained all of the features of the truck, the 2023 is a big upgrade from the 1999 I had previously, and was patient with questions. Having never bought from Chapman I didn’t know about all of the other great services they offer such as pickup and delivery of vehicle for service, free state inspections and engine coverage when you buy a vehicle and get all of your oil changes there. I would ???? recommend Chapman Ford of Lancaster.
