2013 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

*Update* Got the car inspected roughly 15 days after picking up the car, and it has a loose front driver's-side axle and a faulty front blower motor. Ray Sr. was able to make an appointment to bring it back and have it looked at. Hopefully the after-sales service is as good as the purchasing experience, and the issue can be rectified. 4.5 Stars! Ray Sr. is very welcoming and enthusiastic about what he does. He's not interested in selling someone a car that they don't want, and he allows buyers to pursue the extensive selection at their own leisure. He's more than ready to answer any questions, discuss cars in general, and passionately explain what makes a certain car special, and why it may suit the buyer. Ray Jr.'s calm demeanor offsets Sr.'s, but is a welcome addition during the stages of filling out paperwork and financial info after a deal has been made. He also does an exemplary job capturing detailed and high quality images of each entry in their inventory. The only limitation presenting a full 5 star rating is that after purchasing and signing on a car on a Saturday, we came to pick the car up 4 days later and the odometer had 200 miles more than it did when we purchased it. This means that a customer-owned vehicle that had already been paid for was being driven around by dealership staff for the week before the scheduled pickup date. If this occurrence can be mitigated, this dealership would be among the top in my book. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable price and a more personal experience.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Car Town! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. Ray and Ray made the entire process easy and as stress free as possible. They offered a very fair trade in price for my car and worked hard to find me the best financing available. Ray and Ray were wonderful to do business with. Both father and son were kind, personable and accommodating.

Car Town is awesome. When you to any dealership you expect at least some level of pushiness or a back-and-forth nature when buying a car. You will find none of that here. Both Ray Sr. and Ray Jr. are honest guys who just want to get you in the car you want, and they aren't going to try to force you to get something you don't want. The After sales service is great as well. I got my car inspected and found it had a small issue and Ray Sr. was able to have it back in and repaired on that same day. Overall amazing service, and even if they don't have the car you want at the moment, they will most likely get it in quickly as they have a great inventory that comes in and out!
