Mason was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. As someone who likes reassurance and all questions answered, Mason was great at communicating updates and sharing what info I needed. The process of a trade-in was made simple and Ziegler was accommodating of what we needed until our vehicle was cleaned and ready. It was this kind of service that will make us come back for our next car!

I got into my first accident and had to buy my first car. It had been a super stressful time, however, Mason and his team made this process SO easy! They walked me through every step of the process with care. Justin called me after I inquired about a car they didn’t have and instead offered me a similar model. He asked all the questions about my price range, what I was looking for, miles on the car, etc. and he did it without being pushy. Later that day I had a test drive scheduled and found the car I bought! Mason helped me through the process flawlessly and I bought my car on a Friday night, it had a few things to fix, and I had it Monday afternoon! They even gave me a loaner in the meantime.
