Purchased my new vehicle from Bryan there in November ‘23 and couldn’t be happier. I Googled nearest Honda dealer and went there. Checked out a Ridgeline and really liked it. No pressure from Bryan to buy immediately. I went home, decided to buy it and called him back later that Saturday. They quickly got the paperwork together. I drove back and was out the door in about an hour. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will be back.

From start to finish our experience at Reedman Toll was extremely satisfying. From Jim in sales to Matt as the dealership manager, the transaction in purchasing our new Honda CRV was nothing short of completely professional and accommodating. I recently brought my Mini van in for new tires, an alignment, oil change and front breaks, Doug Spath assisted me. He was kind, funny and made my experience great! He even told me about some maintenance that I will need at my next oil change so that I could make sure finances were set aside for it if I need to. This was very thoughtful with the current economy. Following my appointment, I went home, I found that the next time I started my car it was shuddering and had the check engine light on, The service department was already closed, but I sent a message straight to Doug, and the next morning a response from him said to bring it in and they would sort it out. It turned out my 2nd cylinder was not firing and it needed to be replaced. He called my warranty company and it didn't cost me a dime. If it wasn't for the amazing work at Reedman Toll and the above and beyond service from Doug, I wouldn't have been able to visit family for the holidays this year. Thank you so much!
