2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

My wife and I just purchased a brand-new 2024 GMC Terrain! Buying and owning a new car was something we never thought would be in the cards until we came here. Our salesman, Terry, was very friendly and approachable; he did a great job being informative and helpful without being pushy. Joseph was an excellent communicator while my wife and I navigated the financial aspect of the purchase, and Tracy did great helping us fill out the paperwork and got us squared away in record time! The staff were fair and respectful, and the overall atmosphere was very friendly and easy-going. Thank you to all the staff at Jennings for helping us with our purchase!

Liz is amazing and a treasure!!!!!! Had a engine light and warning message that originated with a prior repair two weeks ago. Called Jennings and explained what was going on and that I was suppose to leave for southern virginia in the afternoon. Liz said get it in here they would do their best to get me going. Dropped off the vehicle at a bit after 9AM, and was surprised and very pleased Liz provided me a loaner car so i could get my errands completed. She called just after noon reporting the repair was complete. Once again, Jennings demonstrated why they are my go to service provider, and why I recommend Jennings to others for car purchases and service.

Without going into great detail regarding my experience, I want to give a huge shout out to Steve Potter and Tracy Haluck. Steve and Tracy worked tirelessly for over 60-days to get me into my C8. There were a lot of hiccups and issues with the deal, which both Steve and Tracy handled with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Through their dedication and support I was able to take delivery of the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire team at Jennings was phenomenal throughout my experience and they have created a customer for life from me. I would highly recommend Jennings due to the professionalism they portrayed and genuine desire to assist and help with whatever came up. I’ve purchased more than 20 cars in my life and this started out as one of the worst experiences (again, not with Jennings – related to my trade and another shop) and Steve and Tracy turned that around and made it a remarkable one to remember.
