I have brought many of vehicle's but Hertrich exceeded all my expectations. Laura is great. I live in southern Maryland about 90 miles away. Really great folks at Hertrich Chevrolet! I’m traveling from out of town and lost my truck key. They were able to locate not one but two keys within an hour radius and went to retrieve both of them to get me back on the road. While waiting, I ordered Dominoes and they even gave me water and coffee to enjoy in their comfortable lounge. So hospitable and several of the employees made a point to introduce themselves to me. So kind and thoughtful!
