2018 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I purchased a vehicle online from Donley Ford in Shelby Ohio. The salesman, Zach Schroeder made the process go as smooth as possible. He even went out of the way to remove the chin spoiler so it wouldnt get damaged during shipping and sent me a video of the car being loaded. I’m not one to do a review's but this will be an honest, long winded exception. I called on a truck that met all the requirements of what I was looking for and talked to Gary, he told me everything he could about the truck, we talked numbers and we set up an appointment for me to come look at it even tho it was a 3.5 hour drive, no one’s fault there but my own haha Once at the appointment the truck was there, cleaned up and ready to go, took it for a test drive, they looked at the trade in I brought, the numbers stayed the same from the previous day so I said let’s do it. Gary again was very professional and talked to me like I was a buddy and not a customer, then I got to meet Kyler the financial/paper work guy. Yet again another very professional person that made the whole process a non hassle, non pressure experience. Both men were fine with what warranty options I picked (or didn’t pick I should say) and they made the whole buying process a breeze. Couldn’t be more pleased in everything especially not having to deal with the pushy sales manager type that I’ve dealt with in the past during final negotiations. Would definitely recommend buying from here and would buy from here again in the future, even being as far away as it was, thanks a million guys!!!! -Greg Waldron

Got the issue with my emissions system figured out within a day (cracked fuel filler tube!), parts ordered and entire fuel filler assembly replaced, tested and back to me in a couple of days. They did a great job at keeping me updated as to what was discovered, and how long they would have my vehicle, so I could plan accordingly.
