2013 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I worked with Jeff Chapman briefly while I was looking for a van for my wife and I. He was very friendly, very accommodating, not overbearing in any way. We thought we found a van we wanted, but it seemed a bit off during the test drive. Jeff found out that it needed a new transfer case and said he’d reach out when it was done. He gave us a call the next week and let us know to keep looking as they hadn’t quite sorted out the issues yet, and he’d keep me posted on updates or new arrivals. He prioritized the needs of my family over making a sale and I am incredibly impressed by that. Not a typical interaction when buying cars. Jeff and Good Motor are trustworthy to the fullest and operate at the highest level of integrity.

Carson and the guys are great! They practice outstanding customer service. They're personable, and friendly. They also got me into a great truck and even took care of a mechanical issue that was unknown at the time of purchase with no questions asked.
