2013 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

Derik at the location on Lafayette Road did a great job taking care of my wife and me while we were purchasing our new mini-van for our growing family. We called ahead to ask if the vehicle we spotted online was still on the lot, and he made sure to have it pulled up front and waiting for us when we arrived for a test drive. He patiently explained all the controls and features. He negotiated a very fair price with us for the van and our trade-in. Would use them again! Thanks Derik!

You know I can honestly say that the customer service here is worth 5 stars. I worked with Ron and Chris and they were great but even the sales rep that wasn’t working with me was friendly, the woman that answered the phone was friendly even when I was frustrated. I am having a malfunctioning recall on my car and they have been communicative and empathetic and already have me scheduled for the repair. The company actually may be ran by morally good people(which is rare in the sales business)In my opinion it starts from the head of the business so Kudos to whomever has set the standards. At the very least they have been professional and I really appreciate it!
