2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I brought my 2019 in for brakes, plugs all fluids etc… very pleased with the service department and the mechanics did a super clean job. Very pleased. My service rep was Excellent!

I just purchased a car from Andrew. The process was smooth all the way to conclusion. There was no pressure, tremendous professionalism, and awesome communication and follow up. I am a satisfied customer. I went back for a regular service on my vehicle today. I stopped by the parts department for a clasp I had broken on my bed cover. Rodney went way beyond expectations to help me out! I went back today for a recall on my Maverick and a second routine service. All was great again. I also appreciate the change in the waiting room where I didn’t have to watch or listen to Fox News.
