2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

I had the absolute best experience today with Austin Jenkins. I went in there and told him exactly what I was wanting and how I wanted it, and he did not stop until it was accomplished!!! I am young and not that experienced with buying cars and Austin did an excellent job with explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions until I fully understood the whole process. Overall, everyone was super friendly and the car lot was very nice and clean. I do recommend going here and speaking with Austin if you are looking for a new car!!!

He made the car buying experience very easy and took the time to answer all the questions I had. He even allowed me to call and change my insurance policy while waiting for my loan approval. Austin is the definition of a great salesman, who doesn’t pressure you into buying something you have little knowledge about and is willing to research any questions you have about a vehicle.The other gentleman I worked with (believe his name is Robert) was easy to work with and took the time to go over the paperwork, while Austin assisted in helping someone else out. Even on a day when they were short on staff associates, these guys were friendly and were willing to help me get the best financing options. I’ve had my Corolla for over two weeks now and looking back, I’m so glad I decided to come here and buy it.
