2015 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

My experience with Kimber Creek Ford was nothing short of amazing. The sales rep I was working with, Don Griggs, made purchasing the vehicle extremely easy even though I'm from Texas. I thought there would be more of a hassle but no! He went above and beyond to get me pictures, videos and all other information he could on the truck since I wasn't there to see it for myself. He facilitated and coordinated everything and the process was very smooth. I sent my brother in law to go pick up the truck for me since I'm working in Washington state and Don even responded to me on Sunday (his day off) to help us get transportation set up from the airport to the dealership for my bro-in-law for Monday morning! Don went as far as driving the truck up about an hour away to meet my bro-in-law at the shuttle stop so they wouldn't have to drive the extra hour to the dealership! Such an amazing experience and I can thank him enough. If you're ever in the market for a vehicle give these guys a call!

From our initial entrance into the dealership until we drove away in a new vehicle our experience was 5 star. We were greeted warmly by every employee we encountered. Every step of the way our experience was positive (they even have great coffee!).

The service dept. did an awesome job with my f150! Some major repairs were needed & they promptly diagnosed the issues & repaired them in a timely manner. Jim in the service dept. was very good about keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs & very thorough answering any questions I had! Upon picking up the vehicle the service manager came out & chatted just to be sure I was happy with everything, I can appreciate that! If you are looking for a honest shop with some good people I would recommend Kimber creek ford!
