Brought my 2022 cx5 in for an oil change on 9/11/23 (36,960 miles) and mentioned that there was a noise coming from the passenger side front tire. I was informed they did not have time to look at it. Scheduled an appointment for 10/18/23 (39,128 miles) for the sound, thinking it might be a wheel bearing(covered by extended warranty. The service advisor comes to me and said the noise was due to rust and pitting on the rotor. I average 39 miles a day and do at least 1 car wash a day to avoid rust from road salt. there was no mention of pitted or rusty rotors at my 9/11/23 oil change and inspection. Disc break inspection is listed on the inspections. I pay the $89.95 fee for them to look at it and they give me a price for replacing brakes and rotors, and for replacing the wheel bearing even though it should be covered by the warranty. After reading the paperwork, I noticed that it also mentioned that the tires are heavily cupped. No mention to me about the tires and the paperwork shows the tires are still good. Very disappointed in the service provided. Update! Derrick helped us get this corrected and now we are buying another new car!

Travis was great to work with! He was helpful, knowledgeable and worked to make sure we were getting a good deal. We are so happy with our purchase and the overall experience.

Juan, Dison and Tim get a HUGE SHOUT OUT from Indiana! They literally saved our life, we drove up to the Tulip festival from over 4 hrs away and our skid plate came loose along the highway and was dragging, we drove straight into the car lot to beg for help after saying a prayer! They were able to fix it for us! Their gracious and kindness is much appreciated and now we can drive safe! I would recommend going to see these guys for all of your car needs or to get a new car!!! Very kind people!
