I can't express what a wonderful experience we had buying our recent truck from Medford Motors!! Our salesman, Ken, was by far the best we have ever experienced. In the past we have had very pushy, over aggressive, won't take no for an answer experiences that was keeping us away from looking at vehicles at dealers when we were now looking to find a truck. On our first visit, Ken gave us lots of info on quite a few different trucks - never once pushing us to make an instant decision or telling us we better act now or the deal would be gone. With our hour away drive and work schedules, it took us another 2 weeks to get back to test drive the truck we had really liked on our first visit...and we were pleasantly surprised to see that Ken had pinstriped the vehicle to give it that added touch it needed. After giving all our info, Ken worked on getting quotes for the best rates for a loan. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Ken took the time to explain every feature and function and help get everything set-up before we left the lot - we felt like royalty with the service we received, even though our purchase was not a brand new vehicle.
