2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

Dave was such a sweet person, he greeted us right away and even got the car ready for us to test drive. Even when he was the only person working with other customers, he made sure not to leave us hanging, giving us and other customers company. I like the fact that Dave didn't pressure us into getting the car unlike other dealers. Also, thank you to TML'S finance lady (I forgot her name) came in on the day she was off to finish our paperwork so we can take the car home that same day. I drove 500 miles to TML Auto to check out a very nice Toyota Camry. I was not disappointed. Dave called me to give me a heads up on a potential snow storm that turned into ice/slush mess on I-80. I thought Dave was excellent on the communications required for a long distance purchase. Also, Casey was the very best Financial Manager that I ever worked with in a car purchase. She really put herself in my shoes when talking about the purchase contract and setting up the financing. In short, Casey and Dave were Top Notch in an industry not always known for transparency and integrity!
