...in the end, all that matters is getting the car you want for the price you want, and that's what Audi LaCrosse did for me. My sales rep Tony Lemke and Yeng (the finance guy) Thao made it happen. Now, there's an Audi TTS sitting in my driveway, thanks to them. I'm not the only West Coaster to purchase a one way ticket to buy from this dealer. So, what does that tell you!? This review is for the service department as I have not dealt with the sales division- though I’m sure they’re just as pleasant. We are new to town and our 2017 Porsche Macan needed an oil change. I always carry an extra oil filter in the event I need one. Not having a Porsche store in La Crosse, I stumbled upon Audi of La Crosse. I walked into the service department and asked if they can service our Porsche. « Of course we can, » replied the nice lady at the desk. So I scheduled an appointment. I dropped the car off, the dealership gave me a ride home and the car was ready about 3 hours later. The mechanic made a video and went I we the car and sent it to me. I was shocked that they weren’t reading the script, « your car needs tires, brakes and alignment. » I knew I was in good hands. They even offered to pick me up and bring me to the dealership! Now that’s service! I picked up the car and it was a lot cheaper than I expected! I love love love this franchise! Thanks guys! And this is from someone who absolutely hates Audis!

I recently purchased a new Q3 and not only love the car, but the service I received was outstanding. Product specialist Tony worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and was so thorough with the overview of the car. I highly recommend working with Tony!
