2015 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Everyone at Premiere was kind and helpful. We had our 2.5 year old son with us, which was a challenge, but everyone made us feel at home. The customer service was great! The whole car buying process was very smooth.

Normally bullet-proof service, this time it was reeeaaaallllyyy slow. Sure, it was really busy, and yes, they were busy because they're good. But, I would have appreciated an accurate estimate of the time needed to wait for an oil change. I was told 60-90 minutes. two and a half hours later...I had to kind of let them know I needed to leave. Had I known ahead of time, I still would have left the car, but arranged for a pick-up so I could get some work done. The work itself was as always top-notch, just be a little more accurate next time...

This was a terrific experience. We had previously had our Crosstrek XV at another Subaru dealership with the same issues, paid nearly the same amount and the problem was not resolved. Instead, Michael Gagliardi at Premier Subaru was honest, patient and thorough. Finding the issue within a day and having the car repaired in a timely manner, this place treated us so well. Our permanent address is in Nebraska but they treated us like locals. I highly recommend their professionalism.
